The first accommodation is a lovely independent apartment consisting of one bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The second accommodation offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. Both apartments, located on the first floor, are fully equipped with kitchen utensils to make your stay even more comfortable. Additionally, we provide a washing machine for your personal use. You can enjoy autonomous heating to adjust the temperature according to your preferences. Furthermore, the accommodation managers reside in the same building and are always ready to assist you with any needs you may have during your stay.

You will be hosted by Emanuela

I have been working for twenty years at a cultural association located just a few steps away from the Berra house, in a historic building with a view of the Martesana Naviglio. I have been living in the Berra house for about 35 years. I moved to this place (previously I lived in a more central area of the city) because I fell in love with the welcoming and human atmosphere that makes it special. It is wonderful to be part of the city without giving up the beauty of relationships with the people you meet every day.

Area San Raffaele

The neighborhood of Crescenzago is an ancient municipality of Milan that was later incorporated into the city. It used to be a holiday destination for the Milanese who built many houses along the charming Martesana canal, right next to the Berra house. Even today, the village retains its appearance as a welcoming and lively little town. In the immediate vicinity, you can visit the picturesque Martesana canal, the lush Lambro, Adriano, and Martesana parks, as well as a long cycle path that stretches for about 30 kilometers.
